Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Gift cards
❌ Downloadable software products
❌ Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
📌 Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank, as there might be a processing delay.

Sale Items
❌ Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
❌ Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at monicompu7@gmail.com and send your item to our return address.
Gifts
🎁 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
🎁 If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to them instead.
Shipping Returns

- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
